Intercultural communicative competence is regarded as the major characteristic of a foreign language teacher in any educational context. Being very complex structure, it presupposes quite deal various knowledge and skills emphasizes not only good proficiency, but also ability to understand interpret one’s own other view world their interaction forming basis for effective intercultural communication. The study literature devoted shows that there practically no direct reference leadership among its numerous components, whereas they prove be one most necessary abilities constantly increasing diverse students groups. article aimed at indicating interrelation between EFL teachers’ skills. As practical implementation results found, an attempt design special technique developing part has been made. can used advanced professional teachers training program Additional Education Center Irkutsk State Agrarian University. main task improve organization time-management skills, assertiveness, flexibility, critical quick thinking, cultural consciousness tolerance while working group students.
